Have you ever noticed how quickly the mind can turn someone else's miracle into evidence that your own is still somewhere ahead of you?

You hear about the woman who found the home she had been dreaming of. Someone shares the business that finally took off. A friend falls in love. A stranger's generosity restores your faith in humanity. You stop to admire the mountains, the ocean, the butterfly, the sunset... and for a brief moment your heart expands.

Then the moment passes.

The beauty remains outside of you.

I don't believe we do this because we lack gratitude.

I think we've simply become practiced at witnessing life instead of receiving it.

That realization has changed the way I move through the world.

Over the past year, many of you have witnessed that shift alongside me...

The yellow butterfly that landed beside the river the day I prayed for abundance.

The deer who stood beside the trail long enough that I forgot to keep walking.

The rain at Red Rocks that somehow became one of the most devotional evenings of my life.

The willow trees I return to because they feel less like trees and more like ancient teachers.

The road in North Boulder that still makes my heart whisper, one day.

For a long time I believed those were simply beautiful moments. Then one day I realized they were invitations.

Every butterfly.

Every mountain.

Every answered prayer someone shared.

Every act of kindness.

Every unexpected opportunity.

Life wasn't asking me to admire it.

Life was inviting me into relationship with it.

I started asking myself why someone else's joy could bring tears to my eyes. Why hearing about another woman's thriving business felt so alive in my own body. Why standing beside a rushing river could feel like prayer.

And then something landed with such simplicity that I haven't stopped practicing it since.

Every time something expands my heart...

I pause.

I place my hand over my heart.

I breathe.

And I whisper...

I am that too.

Because every beautiful thing I witness reminds me that I belong to the same living field that created it.

Every single time I speak those four words, something inside of me softens.

I stop standing outside of life.

I receive it.

Without ever planning it, this practice quietly found its way into every space I was holding.

Inside my mentorship containers, women began bringing synchronicities, unexpected opportunities, answered prayers and moments of beauty to our calls. We'd celebrate them together, place a hand over our hearts and whisper...

I am that too.

Over time I watched something beautiful happen.

Women began moving through life differently.

They noticed more.

Received more.

Celebrated more.

Life became a conversation instead of something happening somewhere else.

Before long, my daughter and I were doing it together.

My family began doing it together...and it slowly stopped feeling like a practice and became the way we moved through the world.

And somewhere along the way I realized...

This wasn't meant to stay inside my mentorship.

It wasn't meant to stay inside my family.

It was meant to be practiced together.

So here's my invitation...

For 21 days, let's remember together.

Let's become women who intentionally move through the world gathering sacred evidence. Evidence of beauty. Evidence of abundance. Evidence of kindness. Evidence of possibility. Evidence that life is always speaking.

Each morning you'll receive a journal prompt, reflection or channeled transmission.

Then you'll simply live your life.

Go to work.

Take a walk.

Sit beside the river.

Drive familiar roads.

Spend time with your children.

The practice happens inside your ordinary day.

When something expands your heart...

Pause.

Place your hand over your heart.

Whisper...I am that too.

Then come back to our private Telegram community and finish one sentence.

Today I remembered I am that too because...

Imagine opening Telegram each day to find hundreds of women sharing the beauty they received that day.

A butterfly.

An unexpected client.

A conversation that changed everything.

The home that made someone's heart stop.

A child laughing.

A stranger's kindness.

One woman's story becoming another woman's reminder.

One woman's miracle becoming another woman's sacred evidence.

That's the field we're creating together...

Twenty-one days.

One shared practice.

A community devoted to remembering together.

We begin July 3rd.

I don't know what your first piece of sacred evidence will be...

Maybe it'll be a butterfly.

Maybe it'll be the conversation you've been waiting for.

Maybe it'll be the home that makes your heart expand.

Maybe it'll be a quiet morning when you suddenly realize life has been walking beside you all along.

Whatever it is...

I hope you'll place your hand over your heart.

Take one slow breath.

And whisper...

I am that too.

I'd be honored to practice beside you, my love.

A Letter from Arielle

If you've made it all the way to the bottom of this page, I have a feeling something inside of you has already been whispering.

Maybe that's why you kept reading.

Maybe something in these words reminded you of moments you've almost forgotten. The butterfly that crossed your path. The sunset that made you pull your car over. The stranger whose kindness stayed with you long after the moment had passed. The dream that still quietly lives inside your heart.

I don't believe those moments are random. I believe life is always in conversation with us.

For a long time, I admired those conversations from a distance. I celebrated beauty. I celebrated miracles. I celebrated other people's joy.

Now I receive them differently.

Every time I whisper, I am that too, I remember that I belong to the same living field that created every beautiful thing I witness.

My hope is that twenty-one days from now you won't simply have completed a practice.

My hope is that you'll never quite walk through the world the same way again...

That you'll find yourself...slowing down, looking up, smiling at butterflies, pulling over for sunsets, celebrating another woman's miracle with your whole heart because something inside of you remembers that life is abundant enough for all of us and that everything comes from the same shared field.

Thank you for trusting me enough to read these words.

With love,

Arielle
