This is not practitioner training.
Level One is devoted to learning how to work with ACHF for yourself.
It is a time of exploration, integration, remembrance, and relationship-building. A time to become familiar with the frequency, understand its foundations, and experience firsthand how it moves through your life, body, and energetic field.
Before we learn to hold healing for others, we must first learn to hold it for ourselves.
